A summer job with us is an opportunity for you to gain valuable experience while contributing to strengthening Swedish industry. We are now looking for summer mechanics for our departments in Sandviken and Hofors.

Enerco has steadily grown since its inception in 2015. Today, we have nearly 1000 employees in 24 locations, operating in the areas of industrial development, mechanical maintenance, workshops, industrial cleaning, and industrial projects.

Job Responsibilities As a mechanic, you will be an important link in our team that serves the industry during the summer's industrial shutdown. You will perform maintenance and repairs to keep machines and equipment running. Your tasks will focus on:

• Dismantling
• Renovation
• Assembly
• Emergency and preventive maintenance
• Assembly jobs
• Welding work, primary welding methods are stick and wire feeder.

Work at heights, crane/truck, mobile work platforms, and heavy lifting may occur.

Qualifications We prefer that you have knowledge or experience in mechanical maintenance. If you also have welding skills, we see it as a plus. Hot work, SSG, truck and crane licenses, and experience with mobile work platforms are particularly meritorious.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position!

Personal Competencies We are looking for someone who is engaged and has a good ability to work in a team. You are flexible regarding working hours and have the ability to adapt to different tasks and situations. You are solution-oriented and can handle challenges with a positive attitude. A strong desire to learn and develop, as well as the ability to quickly absorb new information and skills.

Since the work is carried out on-site with our industrial customers, you will be Enerco's face to the outside. Therefore, we place great importance on your ability to take and feel responsibility and to have a pleasant demeanor.

Work Period – Industrial Shutdown Our largest staffing needs are during weeks 28-32, but there may also be opportunities to start working earlier and even after the shutdown weeks.
