About the position

In the role of Freight Forwarder, you will manage and coordinate transports, maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers, and ensure that deliveries occur smoothly and according to plan. You will work with transport bookings, customs handling, and documentation while resolving any deviations and optimizing flows for the best effect.

As we have both national and international customers, we prefer that you speak and read Swedish and English fluently. If you can speak additional languages, it is a strong merit. The position is during weekdays in daytime with immediate start.

Your profile

Your previous experiences, personal qualities, and engagement are the most important to us. We prefer that you have previous experience from a similar job where customer service has been combined with administration. You are structured, communicative, and capable of managing many tasks simultaneously. We believe you have previously worked in customer service, as a freight forwarder, or in logistics, but you may also have other experiences that make you a perfect fit for the role!
