About the Position

Svenska kraftnät plays a crucial role in Sweden's energy transition, and security protection is an important part of enabling a safe and stable electricity supply. We are now looking for an engaged and responsible person who wants to work with supplier security and ensure that our security-sensitive operations are protected when exposed to external parties.

In this role, you will have a key position where you not only work operationally with security protection but also contribute to strategic development in the area. The field is undergoing significant change, including new legislation, which means you will have the opportunity to help shape the work going forward.

In this role, you will have a broad and varied area of responsibility where you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in security and other parts of the organization. You will:

• Conduct security screening interviews and startup meetings
• Contract management (security protection agreements, cooperation agreements)
• Administration in the form of processing background checks, contracts, etc.
• Extensive contact with operations and suppliers (many points of contact both internally and externally)
• Control and follow-up of the authority's security protection agreements and suppliers
• Educate and guide the operations in security protection (supplier security)
• Contribute to the further development of operations, processes, and system support

The Supplier Security unit belongs to the Security and Preparedness department and currently consists of two teams with a total of 10 employees and a unit manager. The group is a mix of permanent employees and consultants with different backgrounds and skills, creating a dynamic and developing work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is stable and secure in their professional role and who enjoys working in an environment where security and accuracy are crucial. You have a collaborative mindset and see the value in working together with others to achieve common goals.

You have strong integrity and a natural desire to do the right thing – both in accordance with regulations and by contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Your analytical ability allows you to quickly grasp complex issues, assess risks, and make well-founded decisions. At the same time, you are a solution-oriented person who has the ability to balance details with a holistic perspective.

In your work, you are structured and meticulous, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently, which enables you to guide and educate others in security protection.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Furthermore, you have:

• Post-secondary education from a university/college/vocational school in, for example, security, political science, human resources, or equivalent work experience that the employer deems relevant
• Relevant experience in case management for at least 2 years
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience working with many external contacts, both verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in various case management systems

Meritorious:

• Experience conducting security screening interviews or other types of structured conversations
• Security protection agreements, including work with control and follow-up
• Experience working with security protection
• Experience in government work
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience in business development

• The position is located in Stockholm/Sundbyberg
• Possibility of remote work for a maximum of 2 days #LI-hybrid
• Occasional travel may occur in this position
