Electrical Technician for our Operations Unit NÄL

The Operations and Service area is responsible for operations, supervision, maintenance, and customer service.

Our properties are complex and technically challenging. With our specialist knowledge and understanding of our customers' conditions, we help create the conditions for life-saving care.

The operations unit at NÄL consists of 16 technicians: 6 in HVAC/Mechanical, 6 in electrical, 2 in control systems, one carpenter, and one operations coordinator. We are based at NÄL but also oversee Brinkåsen in Vänersborg. We work during the day but are on standby at home according to a specific schedule.

The Role of Electrical Technician

The operations department is responsible for performing operations, supervision, and maintenance of properties and customer equipment. Working as an electrical technician within Västfastigheter means a stimulating job with significant personal responsibility. The tasks consist of qualified service commitments, both planned and more urgent jobs, and are varied with many social contact points.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained electrician. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you should be familiar with programs such as the Office Suite and hold a B driver's license.

Experience of a few years working as an electrician, as well as having worked with access control, security, or as an industrial electrician, is an advantage.

We seek an engaged and driven employee who has strong collaborative skills and is adept at creating and maintaining relationships. You feel socially secure and comfortable in various situations and have good skills in both oral and written communication. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have an energetic and goal-oriented attitude. Your flexibility and creativity allow you to adapt to changes and handle stress effectively.
