About the Position

The role of service technician involves maintenance, repair, and assembly/commissioning of AUMA's market-leading electric actuators across various industries. You will strengthen our actuator service by building trust and long-term relationships with our customers. The work primarily involves working with our customers in Västra Götaland. Together with colleagues and service leaders, you will plan and prioritize tasks at customer sites as well as the machines coming into the workshop. At a later stage, you will also conduct training on AUMA's products for customers and partners.

You will report to the Service Leader/Service Manager. AUMA offers you a qualified introduction as well as extensive theoretical and practical training at the headquarters in Malmö.

About You

The company places great importance on your interest and knowledge of mechanics and machine electronics, as well as your willingness to learn more and become a specialist in electronic actuators. You will be offered the necessary training regarding the various products to assist customers with the right competence. Since your days are not always planned in advance, you need to be flexible and quickly adapt to what is required at the moment. You have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of showing your customers respect by being communicative, meticulous, taking responsibility for being on time, and performing the work required for the customers' operations to run as smoothly as possible.

In addition, the following is required:

- Good knowledge of mechanical and machine electrical work.

- Knowledge of troubleshooting and electrical engineering

- B driver's license

- Good computer skills

- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

It is also advantageous to have

- Knowledge of Control and Regulation Technology

- Experience with lathes, welding, and milling

Working hours: Monday to Friday
