For our operations with a client in the automotive industry in Gothenburg, we are looking for an engaged, positive, and experienced Custodian who is passionate about service. About the role

As a Custodian, you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that our client's offices and premises convey a holistic experience of a safe, welcoming, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors.

You will work with the maintenance and upkeep of the client's premises and properties, where tasks will vary. You will work in different environments, and we highly value your personal and unpretentious commitment as well as your ability to solve unexpected situations.

This is a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Work hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

Selected tasks

• AV technical tasks.
• Installation and configuration of projectors, screens, and sound systems
• Basic repairs and assembly
• Support and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems
• Maintenance of cabling, connections, and control systems.
• Patrolling the client's premises and reporting deviations according to established guidelines and acting within mandate.
• Inventory, order, and replenish materials according to established routines.
• Report faults in equipment and furnishings in premises related to the service.
• Handling of internal and external mail and goods.
• Moving and furniture handling.
• Supervision, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with good social skills and a good overview, as well as good planning, which means you are often one step ahead. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships. You work in a structured manner and have a solution-focused and positive approach to the challenges of the workday. We believe you have an open, friendly, and accommodating personality. You are an engaged employee who is happy to make suggestions for improvements and share your enthusiasm and knowledge.

You have a high school education and experience working in a similar position. You are handy, have a basic understanding of property technology, knowledge of AV technology, and can perform basic repairs. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good IT skills.
