Attraction Technician Wanted at Skara Sommarland

Skara Sommarland is now looking for a skilled attraction technician who, together with our fantastic employees, will help create world-class experiences!

To meet the increasing demands from advanced control systems in our new attractions, we need to strengthen our team in attraction technology. The role involves working with electrical and control technology, with a strong focus on safety and operational reliability. Your tasks will include new installations, machine maintenance, electrical installations, motor operation, troubleshooting, and repairs of attractions.

Qualifications:

  • At least a three-year technical education in control technology or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Solid knowledge of motors and motor control.
  • Experience with PLC systems and their components.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Driver's license B.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a six-month probationary period. Start date is immediate according to agreement. Working hours include weekends, evenings, and on-call duty, as the park is open to guests between May and August.
