Therefore, we are looking for a driven and solution-oriented Production Engineer who wants to be part of developing our manufacturing of welding electrodes. Your Responsibilities

As a Production Engineer at ESAB Perstorp, you will work to improve and optimize our production processes.

Your main tasks:

• Analyze and optimize production availability, speed, and quality outcomes
• Develop and implement improvements to production equipment and processes
• Drive cross-functional improvement work to increase efficiency and quality
• Work on optimizing production flows and material handling
• Collaborate with team leaders, the maintenance department, global process technology, and external suppliers
• Participate in and lead projects within continuous improvements

In this role, you will have a broad network and the opportunity to influence and develop our production methods.

You have

· Technical education at the university or engineering level, or equivalent work experience or vocational training

· Experience in production and process technology is an advantage

· Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach

· Ability to work systematically and drive improvement work

· Good collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams

· Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
