You have just stepped into the workplace and arrived at your desk in the open office landscape. It starts to fill up with colleagues. After reviewing emails, SAP, and PLM (Teamcenter) while the coffee cup is steaming beside you, the pulse structure of meetings in the workshop and department begins, and we are off!

Operators may contact you with questions and adjustments to the documentation that may be needed. Meeting with construction in Finspång to see how we can find improvements together that make us more efficient and reduce operation time and/or ensure that we have a more robust and repetitive production. A forum where all functions in the company participate and contribute to ensure that we find improvements and ensure that they are implemented.

The feeling in the team is collaboration and that we help each other!

How You Will Impact

• Be a daily support to production
• Be responsible for establishing and updating preparations for your articles
• Be involved in improvement work regarding both production technology and your article
• Responsible for cost tracking, quality tracking, and lead time for your article

What You Bring

• Have a technical university degree or equivalent experience
• Have experience with SAP and preferably Teamcenter
• Be self-driven, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

About the Team
