As a helpdesk consultant, you will enter structured environments where technology is crucial – you assist users, solve problems, manage systems, and build trust. We offer assignments in the public sector with stability, professional onboarding, and support from experienced colleagues throughout the journey.

🛠 About the role

In this position, the following tasks may occur,

• ensuring that IT equipment works,
• providing service support to users via e.g. phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software,
• administering IT environments (e.g. user accounts, permissions, and print queues),
• instructing users on how to work with various programs.

✅ What you need to be considered

You need to meet one of the following options:

• High school education (or equivalent knowledge) and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles,

or

• Relevant IT education (e.g. engineering degree, vocational college, or equivalent) and at least two (2) years of work experience in similar roles.

In addition, you also need:

• good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security,
• 
  
• basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent,
• 
  
• good knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. Easit GO or ServiceNow),
• 
  
• good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM),
• 
  
• to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
