Our client located in Oskarshamn sees a need to strengthen the maintenance organization with a driven engineer. Ongoing investments create the foundation for personal development and the opportunity to quickly take on significant responsibility. 

As a maintenance engineer, you will be part of a team where all participants contribute technical knowledge, drive, and a fast pace. In collaboration with production technology groups, you will be responsible for building the factory of the future. 

Your tasks will include:

• Working in project form with local production technology departments
• Conducting reference visits for concept evaluation
• Ensuring that procured equipment complies with the company's technical specifications for production and maintenance
• Developing maintenance plans
• Reviewing spare parts arrangements

The goal of your work will simply be to ensure the quality of the procurements made from a maintenance perspective.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in either Industrial Engineering and Production Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering. The role requires a solid technical interest while sustainability and economics are important aspects to consider.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a production engineer or maintenance engineer.

You are a proficient computer user and quickly adapt to new software. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

Since the work involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, you need to be flexible in your communication and demeanor. You prefer to work in teams and gain energy from developing innovative solutions and collectively achieving set goals. You easily establish new social contacts and understand the importance of nurturing them.
