As a Design Engineer, your role will be to work within a team of engineers to develop new boat models. Working with design development and engineering, your main tasks will be the following.

Designing and engineering all aspects of new boat models for production in Sweden & Poland, developing bill of materials and 3D/2D drawing documentation.
Create, manage and maintain CAD models in a PDM system.
Communicating with external design teams, suppliers, and other partners.
Ensuring the vessel complies with RCD and CE Regulations.

Who you are:

We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in boats and a strong technical background in the marine field. You have previous experience working with composite yacht building. You are fluent in English and capable of working within a small team of 2-3 people. Must have experience of working with 3D software and Rhino.

Required qualifications:

A university degree in yacht design, naval architecture, or marine engineering.
