Key Solutions continues to expand – and is now looking for an experienced and committed Team Leader who wants to be part of our ongoing growth journey and build another high-performing telemarketing team.

Your mission as Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Key Solutions, you play a key role in the daily sales work. You are an inspiring leader who develops and motivates your team through presence, security, and engagement. In this role, you are responsible for leading a sales team that represents one of Sweden's largest mobile operators, with full responsibility for the team's results, work environment, and development.

Your focus is on driving sales results while building a culture where people thrive, grow, and perform at their best. This role suits you if you have previous experience in both sales and leadership – and want to combine these in a dynamic and developing environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the team towards set goals
• Following up on results and driving development conversations
• Training and onboarding new employees
• Creating structure, job satisfaction, and a strong team spirit
• Conducting your own sales and serving as a role model in daily work

Experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in sales and leadership – perhaps you have worked as a team leader, coach, sales manager, or in a similar role. You are an engaged person with good communication skills, and you have a natural ability to motivate others. To succeed in this role, you enjoy responsibility, have a strong drive, and like to work towards clear goals.
