Section Leader Electrical Assembly

Since 1945, Jaco has developed and manufactured electrotechnical products for power grid owners and industry. We are now looking for an experienced Electrician/Electrical Assembler with leadership qualities. You are a responsive and unpretentious problem solver with a positive attitude and an interest in developing both yourself and your team.

Job Description

You will lead a section where you will work together to ensure operational reliability, planning, and optimization of the section's production. As a section leader in electrical assembly, you play a key role in motivating and developing employees within the section.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Lead, distribute, and streamline the work within the electrical assembly section
• Be responsible and updated regarding weekly planning of the section's production flow
• Work to ensure installations are carried out according to schedule and documentation according to applicable requirements
• Collaborate with the production manager and project leaders to ensure the right staffing is in place, including hired electrical assemblers
• Be responsible for ensuring final inspections are carried out within the section's area
• Ensure that the section's operations are well organized

Education and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good knowledge and extensive experience in the electrical industry. You have either electrical education/electrical program at least at the high school level or equivalent electrical competence acquired through work experience. We prefer that you have several years of experience in a similar role within production/assembly/electrical work. It is advantageous if you have some level of electrical authorization.

Your personal qualities are important as we place great demands on collaboration and your ability to be responsive within the organization. You need to be flexible to handle constant changes in flow and have good communication skills. You should be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good computer skills are a requirement.
