AQ M-Tech AB is a company specializing in the development, design, and manufacturing of customized technical solutions and products. Over the years, we have developed several products that originated from our customers' requirements and technical needs. The company possesses various competencies, allowing us to meet the diverse needs of different customers. AQ M-Tech primarily operates within the MedTech industry, both with contract manufacturing of customers' products and with our own developed products.

Job Responsibilities:

As an assembler in the Own Products department, you will have varied tasks within electronics and precision mechanics. You will manufacture smaller electronic components according to work instructions, where the work includes everything from grinding, gluing, casting, soldering, assembly, and testing.

Your Profile/Competence:

We are looking for someone who is practically inclined, has a positive attitude, and enjoys learning new things. As a person, we see that you are dexterous and have an eye for detail since you will be working with smaller components.

Since our customers primarily operate within the MedTech industry, quality is an important guiding principle that permeates everything we do. We work in project form, which means that you own your product from start to finish, where quality focus with the right mindset is an important principle.

We want you to fit into our team and be a part of our wonderful workgroup. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, driven, and positive!

Competencies/Experience:

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• A technical interest and preferably experience in electronics assembly
• Previous experience in soldering
• Experience with Monitor ERP system
• Experience with ISO13485 is a merit
