Process Operator for Pharmaceutical Company in Uppsala

We are currently looking for a process operator for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Uppsala. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the recycling, distribution, and loading of solvents, while ensuring the highest quality and delivering according to customer needs. This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's location in Uppsala.

Job Description

Your tasks will include placing orders for recycling, monitoring production, conducting quality controls, and approving the final results. You will operate and oversee recycling processes and manage the loading and unloading of solvents to and from tank trucks. The work takes place in a safe environment with a focus on keeping operations free from disruptions for customers.

You will among other things:

• Perform quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Update instructions when changes occur.
• Loading from and unloading to tank trucks.

Other Information

Start: Immediately

Working Hours: 5-shift (evening/night/weekend)

Assignment Duration: Until the end of the year with a chance for extension.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating effectively with others, as you will work in a shift team alongside contractors and other departments. You are curious and have an interest in understanding how things work, both practically and technically. You are comfortable working physically, but also with managing control systems and computer-based tasks.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:

• High school education in natural sciences or engineering.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly meritorious.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal and conviction register as part of this recruitment process before any potential employment.
