This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Cytiva. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at Cytiva in Uppsala.

Job Description

In the role of process operator at Cytiva, you will work with the manufacturing and inspection of products in a cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for large parts of the manufacturing process, which requires you to be meticulous and able to follow detailed instructions. During the workday, you will use both manual equipment and technical tools, where your dexterity is important to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards.

A significant part of the job involves conducting visual inspections of the products, both with the naked eye and with a microscope, to ensure that all components are flawless. It is important that you maintain high quality throughout the manufacturing process and are responsible for ensuring that all steps are carried out correctly and efficiently.

Location: Uppsala

Working Hours: Daytime for the first period, then shift work

Assignment Length: Immediate until December 30, 2025, with a chance for extension

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of precision and who is accustomed to working carefully and methodically. It is also important that you have a great interest in details and quality. Your ability to focus for extended periods and maintain high standards of accuracy will be crucial for success in this role.

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous work experience in production or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Basic understanding of English, in both spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

It is an advantage if you have had a similar role within Life Science.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record before a potential employment.
