We are now looking for a Site Manager for operations and maintenance at our establishment in Rättvik. Your mission as a site manager

As a site manager in Rättvik, you will have a broad and enjoyable role. You will be an important leadership function for our skilled employees and the coordinating contact for our hired resources. You will work with various operations and maintenance tasks within the Rättvik area. Primarily focusing on operational leadership, planning, control, and follow-up of the work. You will also support the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contacts, digital follow-up, minor calculations, and administration.

You will also be responsible for various projects and help bring in new customers and projects to the workplace. In your projects, you will be responsible for execution and finances. The position may involve some travel and overnight stays in other locations.

The position is full-time with primary placement in Rättvik. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement. Since our work is service-oriented, part of the operations is also carried out in the evening and at night, which means summer and winter preparedness is included in the position. Winter preparedness work includes monitoring the weather and calling out salt and plow units.

Who are you?

To be considered for the position of site manager, you should have:

  • Experience in the industry with operations and maintenance work or road and earthworks
  • Driver's license B
  • Very good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also advantageous if you have:

  • Previous work experience in a leadership role
  • Post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering, or water and sewage
  • Previous experience of being on call and working evenings and nights

As a site manager, it is important that you are driven, proactive, and enjoy finding solutions when problems arise. You are motivated by structure, order, and clarity, and you have an administrative flair. Furthermore, you are confident and trustworthy. Making decisions comes naturally to you, and you value clear communication at all levels. You have a business-oriented approach with a focus on profitability, and you have the ability to create good collaborations with customers and employees.
