We are looking for someone who wants to learn to work as an insulation installer and be part of our team, working to install technical insulation in buildings to improve energy efficiency and indoor climate. We are a company with branches throughout the country and see that there is much work in Dalarna and need new employees for our department in Falun.

Technical insulation is insulation that keeps heat or cold in pipe and ventilation installations. As an insulation installer, you need to be meticulous, organized, and enjoy taking significant responsibility for your work. It is also important to be able to collaborate with other professions and be flexible. You need to be comfortable making your own decisions. The work takes place on-site together with other professionals, but you are often the only one working with technical insulation.

The work as an insulation installer consists of hands-on work at construction sites as well as digitally documenting that all work is performed according to applicable regulations and quality standards. Reporting of risk analyses, time, and material usage is also done digitally.

Since the work is performed at construction sites, it involves heights and tight spaces. Therefore, we prefer that you have a safety mindset and are in good physical condition as the work can be physically demanding. Experience from the construction industry is an advantage. A driver's license (B) is a requirement. At our workplace, both Swedish and English are used in daily communication, and we see it as an advantage if you speak both languages. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates collaboration and communication within the team.

The position is based at our office in Falun, but work in other locations, primarily in Dalarna, is common.
