About the Job as Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality while managing risks and opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients, and requires a business-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead and be responsible for project deliveries according to time, budget, and quality goals
Create and follow up on project plans, financial goals, and resource allocation
Manage contracts, negotiations, and any deviations with suppliers and clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
Drive change and improvement processes within the projects
Be responsible for risk management and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a solid background in project management, preferably within industrial and technical projects. You have a good ability to manage complex projects and have experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, driven, and have strong communication skills.

We would like you to have:

At least 6 years of project management experience, preferably within larger or complex projects
Relevant technical education, such as an engineering degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience in construction and change management is an advantage
Experience in facility management and industrial projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
