JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a group leader, you will have the chance to inspire and coach a group of about 10-15 young people. You will be responsible for planning and distributing meaningful tasks that contribute to beautifying and preserving nature around Luleå. The job mainly consists of park work, painting work, and general maintenance of nature around Luleå.

The employment starts in week 24 with four days of thorough training.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who can work both independently and in a team and who enjoys working with young people in an outdoor environment. What we value most in you are your personal qualities and your motivation to work with great responsibility. It is advantageous if you have some form of leadership experience. Please describe in your application what makes you a good leader.
