ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is a global defense and security company that is technically leading in many fields, with one fifth of their revenue going to research and development. They are now looking for an employee for their second line support in Alvik. You will be part of a team with 20 other colleagues providing first-class support and service to their users. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 18:00, excluding weekends.

In this role, you will solve user issues and orders using phone and remote control tools. You will have access to a knowledge database where various types of solutions are documented.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

Has at least 1 year of experience in ticketing systems
Has worked with systematic troubleshooting
Has experience in a Microsoft environment
Has worked with Active Directory
Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage and your application will be prioritized if you

Have basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, and databases
Have experience with ITIL

About the Employment:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday.
