About the Role:

As a customer support representative, you will be the face of the company and responsible for providing first-class service to our customers. You will help resolve inquiries and issues, respond to requests, and work to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with everything from product information to technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases.
• Document cases in our system.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian and has good knowledge of English.
• Has experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not required).
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and a good communicator.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and is used to working independently.
