About the position

In the role of customer service representative, you will be based at our beautiful office in Linköping. You will belong to a fast-paced team led by an engaged and experienced leader. The position begins with an introduction where you will receive an overview of the customer and our internal systems before working independently with incoming calls. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The start date for the positions is in May.

Your tasks: You will handle incoming calls and answer questions from individuals regarding electricity contracts, billing inquiries, and more. You will work towards set goals and be continuously followed up by your leader to ensure you develop in the position. In the incoming calls you handle, you are expected to work with sales and provide excellent customer service.

Your profile

To thrive and succeed in the role of Sales Customer Service Representative, we see that you:

  • Have a strong interest in customer service
  • Have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common and individual goals.
  • Are punctual and responsible with the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively.
  • Exhibit attention to detail in your work with an eye for quality.
  • Have experience in customer service and sales
  • Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English

Employment form and contact The start date for the positions is in May, and you will begin your employment with a temporary position that may later transition into a long-term employment form with us.
