Founded in 1976, RCO has established itself as a leading supplier in the Nordic market. The headquarters is located in Stockholm, Solna, but they also have offices in Norway and Finland. In total, RCO has about 110 employees distributed across three countries, with the majority working in Sweden.

Right now, RCO is looking for a star to join their support department. As a Support Technician, you will be part of a team of nine people where you will work with First Line Support for RCO's resellers and end customers. The role is perfect for you if you have a technical interest in IT and networks and are passionate about working with service!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming cases via phone, email, and chat
- Technical support for RCO's products for resellers and end customers
- Work on problem-solving related to hardware, software, and configuration issues
- Provide product information, user, and installation manuals to customers and partners
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and has good knowledge of English
- Has work experience in service
- Has a technical interest and knowledge in IT and networks
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365
It is a merit if you have:
- A driving license (B)
