About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged customer support employee for immediate start with our partner in Trollhättan. You will become part of a closely-knit team with a strong commitment to both customers and colleagues. In this role, you will work with direct customer contact via phone and email, as well as handle cases and order placements in the company's system. This involves receiving and administering orders, responding to price inquiries and quotes, questions regarding agreed assignments, and general questions about the company's services.

In summary, you will:

• Receive calls and emails where you handle customer cases
• Manage incoming orders and make bookings in the business system
• Actively work in the company's customer portal
• Advise on the company's services and identify upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve your cases

We are looking for someone who:

• Has worked for at least two years in a similar role within customer service where you have used both phone and email as tools
• Is available for work throughout the summer (limited opportunities for vacation)
• Has good computer skills and experience working in a case management system
• Possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a structured manner
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing

The right person for this role is curious, proactive, and thrives in an environment where the pace varies. You are a service-oriented person with good communication skills and can quickly understand the customer's needs. You have a natural ability to ask questions, take responsibility, and above all, prioritize your tasks.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO. Provided that you are doing well and both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is a possibility for the assignment to be extended. The employment will begin with an introduction where you will receive thorough training from your colleagues and support to get into routines and systems.
