The welfare sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and home health care, individual and family care, as well as care and nursing homes. Home care and home health care are responsible for services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.

We operate throughout the municipality and are responsible for regulatory activities, home health care, home care, and short-term activities. Our mission is to provide support and assistance to those who have difficulty managing daily life and to provide good and quality-assured home health care. There are four home care groups in the municipality. Solrosen Home Care and Central Home Care operate from the central parts of Ulricehamn. Ekero Home Care operates from Gällstad and Hökerum/Parkgården's Home Care operates from Hökerum and Dalum.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a combined position where part of the work involves TES planning in the operation and part of the work involves care and nursing work in home care. We work in teams where communication and collaboration are central parts of the work.

TES is the planning system used by the municipality's home care units. TES planning means that you are responsible for planning the daily interventions, maintaining good communication with your home care colleagues, TES colleagues, and also with care recipients, relatives, and relevant professional groups.

The work as a TES planner is exciting and developing, where a perspective on operational development, individual focus, and continuity in the operation are central.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and planning. It is important that you are structured and work with precision and commitment. It is a requirement that you are a trained nursing assistant and hold a B driver's license. You have an independent and flexible working style and enjoy sharing your experiences with others. Many employees in Ulricehamn municipality speak more than one language. This is a valuable asset, but it is also important to master Swedish as a primary language. To succeed in the job, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as good documentation and computer skills. In this position, you will work all days of the week and enjoy varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Meritorious:
- previous experience with TES planning
- experience in care and nursing
