Fågelvikskolan is a secondary school for grades 7 - 9 with approximately 350 students, including adapted primary school. We are now looking to strengthen our faculty with a subject teacher. Could it be you?

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to help shape the teaching of mathematics, technology, and science subjects together with colleagues. We would like you to have knowledge in physics and biology or broad subject knowledge within the science subjects. Knowledge of programming is an advantage. We offer a newly renovated school environment and an engaged group of colleagues. Together, we focus on how we can best shape teaching, which means creating conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment and teaching tailored to the needs of the affected students, where we start from the premise that the student is not, but becomes, in a context.

You have a collaborative approach and enjoy working with other colleagues in the work and subject team. Together, we drive school development forward, learn from each other, and collaborate to ensure that all students achieve the best possible learning outcomes and complete their education!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified/certified teacher.

• You have a pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the operations together with others, viewing development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to our students' development through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are engaged, straightforward, and open, with clear leadership.
• You are well acquainted with our governing documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding the extra adjustments that individuals may need to achieve the subject's knowledge goals.
• You have a good ability to create good relationships with students and guardians.
