Advanced Automation continues to grow, and we need more automation engineers at our offices in Kristianstad, Växjö, or Karlshamn, and we hope that you are the one we are looking for!

As an automation engineer at AFRY, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects for various types of businesses and clients. With us, you will work with PLC programming, HMI programming, SCADA systems, conduct commissioning, troubleshoot, and lead sub-projects.

Our operations primarily target clients in the water/wastewater, gas, and industrial sectors. You will mainly work on various projects from our office but will also perform assignments for clients primarily located in the eastern part of Skåne and just outside.

The team consists of knowledgeable and engaged colleagues where experience and knowledge sharing is a strong part of the culture. We enjoy learning from each other and doing fun activities together to create a wonderful community and celebrate our successes. Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we want you to have certain basic qualifications, which are specified below:

• You have at least ten years of work experience as an automation engineer or equivalent. More specifically, we see that you have worked with commissioning as well as PLC, HMI, or SCADA in the water/wastewater, gas, and industrial sectors.
• Relevant education in the field or equivalent work experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish.
• Driver's license (B) as travel is required in the role.
