IT Service Manager Needed for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm

We are now looking for an IT Service Manager on behalf of our client within Facility, as a consultant/interim with a start as soon as possible in Stockholm.

Are you an experienced IT Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for, for example, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform in a larger organization within Facility Management? We are currently seeking a consultant/interim for a longer full-time assignment starting as soon as possible in Stockholm. This is what you will do with us

• Coordinate and plan updates and improvements within the IT environment that is based on Microsoft.
• Drive continuous improvements and help establish new routines and processes.
• Be responsible for larger IT agreements with IT suppliers as most of it is outsourced.
• Work with vendor management.

Your team and workplace

You will become part of the Cloud and Platform Service team that works together to develop and improve the IT environment. We offer a hybrid work model, but with a base in Solna to create strong relationships and be involved in daily activities.

More about you

We are looking for someone with a technical background and a strong technical interest who is comfortable working in a larger organization where you will work across various areas. Both within IT but also as a bridge to the business. We also see that you have experience from:

• Working with Microsoft products such as 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, etc.
• Working in an outsourced environment.
• Being contract responsible and working with vendor management.

As a person, we would like to see that you are social, communicative, open, and service-oriented. You are curious and like to keep track of new technologies that come along and are not afraid to test new tools and working methods. You can work both strategically and set long-term plans, while also enjoying being operational and able to delve into technical details. Fluent in Swedish and English.
