Customer Service Representative in Umeå

Overall Description:

Being a customer service representative for our client means providing customer service, sales, and technical support for the private market. You work proactively based on awareness of the customer's needs/situation and our business goals, offerings, and conditions. Sales and service are conducted based on current goals, and you are also responsible for associated administrative tasks. You are part of a small workgroup where everyone contributes to achieving set goals and a positive work climate. You share and gain knowledge, experience, and information. You contribute to collaboration and dialogue with other functions within the company and the group.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales: Through calls, emails, and visits/events, sell the current product range within the private market to both existing and new customers to achieve set sales targets.
Support: Through calls, emails, and visits/events, provide support/technical support within agreed support frameworks.
Administration: Handle ongoing administration. Responsible for keeping to current timelines and deadlines.
Other: Participation in ongoing development projects.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales
Experience in service occupations
Interest in technology, keeping up with developments in the digital world

Ability to explain in a pedagogical and clear manner in both speech and writing
