We are looking for a Sales & Product Manager for Wärna
Wärna is Sweden's leading operational system for guardianship authorities – a digital platform that makes a difference for users across the country every day. With a strong foothold in municipal operations and a clear focus on security, legal certainty, and efficiency, Wärna is a tool that simplifies the work for both administrators and citizens.
We are now seeking an engaged and business-driven Sales & Product Manager who wants to become a key player in this work. Together with your product team, you will lead Wärna's continued development, sharpen our offering, and strengthen our customer relationships. The role combines product responsibility with business development, sales, and customer dialogue – a unique opportunity for you who want to combine strategy with operational work.
Your role with us
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for Wärna's development and operational responsibility for sales and customer relationships.
You will
✅ Be part of our strong team focused on culture, quality, and collaboration.
✅ Monitor competitors and trends, ensuring that the product is competitive and relevant.
✅ Develop and drive the product's strategy and roadmap, based on customer needs and business benefits.
✅ Be the link between customer, sales, support, marketing, and development, transforming needs into smart solutions.
✅ Drive procurements and prepare bids independently and in collaboration with your colleagues.
✅ Participate in marketing efforts and launches, contributing to further strengthening Wärna's position.
We believe that you
🌟 Have experience in product management or business development within digital services, preferably SaaS.
🌟 Understand how municipalities operate and have experience collaborating with public sector organizations.
🌟 Are an inspiring team player who enjoys building culture and drive together with others.
🌟 Are familiar with working with LOU and have experience responding to procurements.
🌟 Thrive in the intersection between strategy and operational work – you enjoy both thinking big and making things happen.
🌟 Are business-driven, curious, solution-oriented, and used to making decisions based on data and insights.
