Responsibilities:

As part of our support team, based in central Karlstad, you will work with advanced technology in a dynamic and highly relevant industry. Examples of your responsibilities include:

• Configuration and support of our product according to customer needs and requirements.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of existing solutions to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
• Close collaboration with the team to maintain and implement innovative solutions.
• Staying updated on and integrating new technology into our projects.
• Installing and updating hardware both in our own and our customers' premises, which involves travel as part of the job.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, collaborative, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You have a high energy level, strong drive, and a genuine commitment to both your role and our collective development. You should be able to take full responsibility for your projects or tasks, collaborate effectively with the team, and handle challenges with creativity and determination.

Experience in the following areas is required:

• Linux
• Networking, firewalls, and routing
• Scripting in Bash and/or C shell
• Hardware, both server and client (Linux OS)

Experience in the following areas is advantageous:

• SCADA systems, SQL (Oracle, Postgre), and virtualization are advantageous.
• Scripting in Ansible is advantageous.

We also expect that:

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, and it is an advantage if you also speak German.
• Good understanding of working in production environments.
• You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• As we operate in a security-critical industry, it is a requirement that you pass our security screening before employment.
