ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of technical support, you will play a central role in supporting technicians in the field. You will answer incoming calls and emails, solve technical challenges, and ensure the quality of support systems. RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Receive and manage incoming calls and emails from technicians
• Provide technical support to contractors working with fiber networks across Sweden
• Ensure high quality in support systems and update records
• Document cases and contribute to improvements in work processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has a technical understanding and enjoys a role that combines customer contact and problem-solving
• Has good computer and system skills
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in technical support or a technical role
• A background in the telecommunications industry
