Dise is growing and is now looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Karlstad!

As a QA Engineer at Dise, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our innovative products and services. You will work closely with development teams to drive continuous improvements in our processes and ensure we deliver top-notch solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement quality strategies, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
• Design and execute testing methods, inspections, and analyses to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify inefficient processes and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and relevant certifications.
• Define and track quality-related KPIs to continuously measure and improve our work.
• Create reports and present insights to management on quality successes, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Stay updated on QA trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to suggest innovative improvements.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Knowledge of both Linux and Windows systems.
• Previous experience working in QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong understanding of testing methods, tools, and processes, as well as experience in developing test plans and test cases.
• The ability to lead and communicate effectively – you are a mentor and collaborate smoothly with various teams.
• Analytical skills and strong problem-solving mindset – you can troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• A meticulous and structured work style, where you can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Swedish and English.
