Inera Test och utveckling AB develops, tests, and manages important digital services and IT infrastructure within Sweden's welfare, focusing primarily on healthcare and social services. We are also responsible for the technology and methods related to testing and development.

Inera Test och utveckling is the internal testing and development company of the parent company Inera AB.

We are a public company through our ownership structure. Inera AB, owned by Sweden's municipalities and regions, develops and manages services such as 1177 and the national infrastructure for healthcare and social services, including a large number of critical digital services mainly used by regions and municipalities.

The head office is located in Karlstad, where around 60 employees and several hired consultants work. Some employees are located in Inera's offices in Södermalm, Stockholm.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced system developer who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and customers. You have an academic education or equivalent in system development. The development team needs to be expanded, and there is an opportunity to influence working methods for future management and further development together with the team.

We operate in a complex technical ecosystem with many systems, integrations, and actors. Therefore, we place extra emphasis on your willingness and ability to quickly find new important information and understand the contexts. The willingness and curiosity to continuously develop and build new knowledge is critical.

You will take significant responsibility for your work. Humility and helpfulness are two other important aspects of our collaborative working method.

Qualifications

We are now looking for backend developers for an agile development team responsible for application management and further development of the National Service Platform.

Main tasks include:

  • You have recently worked with backend development in Java and have developed solutions that place high demands on security, availability, and performance. You have experience in Java development with integrations through SOAP and REST interfaces.
  • You are accustomed to working in Scrum with Atlassian products and collaborating with colleagues to solve problems. You have worked with CI/CD in established tools and place great importance on maintaining the build. You are experienced in working with source code in Git.
  • You will be working with the following technologies/tools and should be willing to develop within:
  • Java, with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Apache Camel
  • Container-based operations with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Integration platforms for various standards such as SOAP, REST, and FHIR
  • Databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
  • API Gateways and other tools within API Management
  • Security standards such as Mutual TLS and OAuth
  • Testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman, Gatling

Desirable skills include methodologies for secure development and industry experience in public operations in general and healthcare in particular.

You should have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, as all communication and documentation is conducted in Swedish.

Start date: By agreement.
