Do you have a strong interest in sustainability, digitalization, and system development and want to lead projects that improve our sustainability and quality processes in forestry? We are now looking for a colleague for our sustainability function for a brand new role – a unique opportunity to influence and contribute to our sustainability work!
With us, the forest, people, and businesses grow.
As a Solution Architect, you play a key role in the development of our system support. You are responsible for both the management and further development of our internal document management system, which is a central part of our sustainability work. In this role within our sustainability function, you will work with engaged colleagues to strengthen and develop our processes. Since the role is new, you also have the opportunity to shape it within given frameworks.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead projects to develop and implement system support that improves our sustainability and quality processes
- Collaborate with our Finnish and Baltic operations to ensure uniform system solutions and efficient working methods
- Participate in digitalization and business system projects (ERP) to develop existing processes
We offer a free and stimulating work environment where digitalization is in focus. Here you will have the opportunity to leverage the team's broad knowledge and experience to jointly drive the development of our sustainability work forward. You will also have close collaboration with our IT department. The position is located at one of our offices within the business area and involves some travel within Sweden, Finland, and the Baltics. You report to the Sustainability Manager.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can work both locally and internationally. You have a strong drive to lead and develop projects and a natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders. With experience in improving processes through digitalization, you are used to turning ideas into concrete solutions.
Skills and qualifications we believe you have:
- University degree in forestry, environmental science, or similar, or a background in IT/system development with an interest in sustainability
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing support systems or other IT-related environments
- Experience in independently driving projects and leading teams towards common goals
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
What we offer
With us, you will be part of our diversity-promoting work culture that helps you explore new perspectives and develop professionally. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a more sustainable world, as we believe that everything made from fossil-based materials today can be made from a tree tomorrow. To keep you safe at work, we support your physical and mental well-being.
How can you apply for this position?
You can only submit your application to us via our recruitment system. As we review applications continuously, we hope to hear from you as soon as possible, but no later than March 28.
