Your Workplace

The IT Platform and Workplace unit's mission is to ensure availability and performance in the operation and development of the common infrastructure platforms and the digital workplace. We continuously deliver and adapt the functional content of the two main products, IT platforms and digital workplace, according to the needs of the operations. Your Responsibilities

As a system technician with us, you will collaborate with colleagues in a larger IT organization and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will work both independently and together in a group with skilled and experienced colleagues such as solution architects, project managers, and operations technicians. You will communicate changes directly with the operations and internally. Your responsibilities also include:

• Server virtualization, server operation, and management of storage solutions and storage networks (SAN) / Fibre Channel.
• Responsibility for backup and recovery of systems and optimization of these processes.
• Monitoring and improvement of Windows and Linux servers.
• Working with and developing the VMware environment.
• Participating in design work and contributing solutions for an efficient and scalable IT infrastructure.

Your Skills and Competencies

For the position of System Technician Datacenter, we are looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, structured, and has the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are flexible, enjoy quick decisions, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. To succeed in the role, you need relevant experience in communication and security, a strong technical interest, a valid driver's license (B), and good knowledge of English and Swedish.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of:

• Agile working methods.
• Brocade Fibre Channel.
• IBM Storage Systems.
• HPE Servers.
• VMware.
• Veeam.
