Ringelskolan is a grades 4-6 school located in central Arvidsjaur. In addition to primary education, adapted primary education is also provided. Job Description

You will conduct structured teaching based on applicable governing documents, follow up and analyze your teaching and students' results. You are a clear leader in the classroom and are willing to try new approaches to constantly strive to improve your teaching. You work with high expectations and see good relationships with students and guardians as a natural part of your work. In collaboration with colleagues, you create good learning environments based on clear and low-arousal leadership. Mentorship is included in the position.

Qualifications

You have a teaching license and qualifications to teach in grades 4-6. You are a clear leader in the classroom with structure and good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have experience in actively working with value-based issues and understand the importance of students feeling good in school to be able to perform.

We want you to have high expectations and a belief that all students can succeed. As a teacher, you adapt your teaching based on each student's unique circumstances and see school development as a natural part of the teaching assignment.

You can motivate students to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements. You easily find collaborative forms and see the work team and student health as an asset. We place great importance on your ability to create good personal relationships.

The position is a temporary contract for the autumn term of 2025, with a possible transition to a permanent position.
