Ringelskolan is a grades 4-6 school in central Arvidsjaur. In addition to primary school, adapted primary school is also conducted. Job Description

As a resource educator, you will work with both individual students and groups of students at the school. You may also hold lessons on your own in the absence of teachers. The work also includes organizing recess activities and participating in educational meals.

You have a low-affect approach and are clear in your communication. You collaborate with teachers, student health, and other relevant staff with the student's best interests in focus. As a person, you are flexible and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education such as a teacher, leisure educator, preschool teacher, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with children in need of special support is an advantage. We seek someone who is flexible and has good collaborative skills.

We want you to have high expectations and a belief that all students can succeed. As a teacher, you adapt your teaching based on each student's unique conditions and see school development as a natural part of the teaching assignment.

You can motivate students to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements. You easily find ways to collaborate and see the work team and student health as an asset. We place great importance on your ability to create good personal relationships.

Upon employment, you are required to present a criminal record extract according to the Education Act (2010:800 2 chapter 31§).

The position is a special fixed-term employment for the school year 2025/2026.
