Do you want a fun and independent job and be part of a wonderful team in a varied environment?

Our care is person-centered and our values are based on patient meetings, participation, teamwork, close leadership, and joy at work.

We work in a multiprofessional team, including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Together, we have a working method that promotes good quality and high safety for both patients, relatives, and staff. We are supported by regular visits from a chaplain from the hospital church, volunteers, and clown medicine.

We are located in bright newly renovated premises with 24 care places in Solberga.

Relatives can stay in the department around the clock. We care for individuals aged 18 and older with various diagnoses, the most common being cancer, COPD, heart failure, and neurological diseases where individuals have a limited life expectancy. Patients may receive active treatments to slow progression, alleviate symptoms, and/or improve quality of life. With a holistic view of the individual, our focus is on creating security around the clock for the patient and their relatives through high availability, participation, and continuity. We strive every day for a workplace where all employees are valued equally, and where you as an employee are welcome to provide suggestions for improvement and where your opinions play a significant role in future work. We strive for continuous professional development.

We have a close collaboration with our ASIH teams located in Solberga, Handen, Huddinge, and Nacka.

ASIH Stockholm Södra is a region-driven operation with extensive experience in advanced home healthcare and palliative care and is one of Sweden's largest ASIH operations (advanced home healthcare). The operation conducts research, education, and development in various areas.

Medical technical procedures are common. We document in the TakeCare journal system.
