Your role in customer support
In this role, you will work with service and support for our customer Tele2, handling incoming calls from customers regarding mobile telephony and broadband. Your main focus is to provide professional service and create a first-class customer experience while actively working with sales.
Main tasks:
- Answer customer inquiries – Assist customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, and subscription issues.
- Invoice management – Explain invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Guide customers – Help new and existing customers find the right subscription.
- Needs analysis & upselling – Ensure customers have the right services and actively offer tailored solutions.
- Drive sales – Identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services.
Sales is a central part of the role, where you create value through customer dialogue and offer solutions that fit the customer's needs. The pace is high, but we work together!
About you
If you have read this far, you probably already have an idea of who we are looking for. You are curious, communicative, and enjoy working with people. Flexible, adaptable, and confident in presenting solutions. You have patience, are goal-oriented, and want to develop in an environment that invests in its employees. In addition, we see that you have the following competencies:
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as most of our customers are Swedish-speaking
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate with customers outside the Swedish language
- Experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement
- You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma
If you have previous experience in sales and/or customer service, we consider this an advantage!
Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Transcom
Working hours: Scheduled working hours, with opening hours on weekdays from 07:45 to 19:15. Saturdays from 08:45 to 15:15. Closed on Sundays.
Employment rate: 80% - Training: 100%
Employment form: Permanent employment, probationary period of 6 months
Workplace: The position is performed at our office located at Nastagatan 10D, Örebro.
Start date: 12.05.2025
