The position is a direct recruitment. The recruitment process is managed by AxÖ Consulting, but you will be employed directly by Eurenco Bofors.
About the role
Medium and Large Caliber propellant is one of five business areas in Eurenco responsible for the sales of military large caliber propellants, rocket motors, and modular charges. The products are manufactured in Karlskoga and in Bergerac, France. Together with your closest colleague, you will work with all parts of the business, but your main focus will be program management, i.e., ensuring that received orders are delivered on time and according to the agreed contract. The work involves daily direct contact with customers, participation and reporting in internal meetings, leading contract reviews for new orders, and customer meetings. The work also includes having your own customer portfolio where marketing and quotation work is included.
Your main tasks will include:
- Leading the work with contract reviews for new orders.
- Reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements and ensuring compliance with entered agreements.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing high-quality case support. This includes administering various types of customer cases and inquiries related to volumes, deliveries, payments, terms, etc.
- Coordinating questions, processes, and meetings with internal stakeholders within Eurenco to handle everything from delivery issues and priorities to warranty cases or complaints.
- Participating in customer visits, seminars, and fairs both in Sweden and in countries within Europe.
- Managing your own customer responsibility area where you are responsible for order intake and sales budget.
In the role of Sales and Program Manager, you will be based at Eurenco's headquarters in Karlskoga, but your manager is based in France. The position involves a couple of international trips per year, but for those who wish, there is an opportunity to travel more. Your work location is Karlskoga, and you have the option for remote work 1-2 days a week.
Your profile
We see that you, as a candidate, have:
- A degree in a relevant field, preferably industrial economics or an engineering degree with a technical focus.
- Experience from a broad sales role (B2B) where you have been responsible for everything from order inquiries to contract negotiations and business follow-ups.
- Experience working in business systems, preferably SAP.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
- Preferably experience with export-controlled products and FAR/DFAR.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in international sales, especially regarding interpretations of regulations and terms.
- Worked in a manufacturing industry or within the defense industry.
- Experience working in projects.

To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, meticulous, and well-organized as you will have many processes running in parallel. Therefore, it is also important that you have good administrative skills and the capacity to keep processes together from start to finish.
