ABOUT THE POSITION

Textilia delivers laundry and textile services to customers with high demands for sustainability, service, quality, and hygiene. In the role of salesperson at Textilia, you will work to create and develop customer relationships within healthcare and food markets. Here you will have the opportunity to combine proactive sales work with more strategic sales efforts – from generating leads and handling incoming customer inquiries to driving the entire sales process and contributing to Textilia's overall business strategy. The sales processes are often very long and can sometimes extend over several years, so patience and perseverance are important. The role also involves travel to customers and to Textilia's laundries across the country, giving you the opportunity to build close relationships and ensure that the solutions offered meet both customer and business needs.

Your responsibilities range from mapping the market and analyzing competitors to participating in tender processes and ensuring that the solutions offered are competitive and aligned with customer needs. Through continuous dialogue with both customers and internal units, you ensure that business goals are met and that Textilia's values – Commitment, Innovation, and Business Focus – permeate everything you do.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Process the market through proactive sales work and lead generation
• Drive sales processes from first contact to contract signing
• Handle customer inquiries and create tailored price proposals
• Participate in relevant networks to strengthen Textilia's presence and impact
• Contribute to tender processes and respond to RFIs in collaboration with tender managers
• Document customer interactions in CRM and analyze competitors' services
• Ensure that business goals are achieved according to set budgets

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in a similar sales role and enjoys working independently
• Is a skilled networker and has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Is business-driven, analytical, and has a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities
• Has good system understanding and effectively manages relevant IT tools

It is a merit if you have

• Legal understanding and good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Higher education in marketing, business administration, or communication
• Knowledge of Danish
