Our main focus

We are looking for someone to work as a special educator at Östra School in Jokkmokk.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Östra School, there are just over 200 students in grades 4-9. As an educator at the school, you are responsible for developing the educational work in collaboration with colleagues, all according to the curriculum for compulsory school and the BUN's operational plan. You work in teams and are responsible for a number of students. You will work in grades 4-6 where you put the students and their knowledge development at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed special teacher. You are a natural leader in the classroom and have good pedagogical skills as well as strong subject knowledge. Naturally, you have a relationship-building approach in your interactions with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are responsible for planning and implementing daily teaching. Documentation, assessment of students' knowledge development, and contact with guardians are part of your work.

The salary range for this position is between 32,000 - 37,000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
