Temporary Position as Nurse at the Gastroenterology Center

About the position

We are a specialist clinic and day care unit within the Gastroenterology Center, which investigates and treats patients with gastrointestinal diseases. Patients can come here for investigation and assessment before treatment, as well as for follow-up visits after inpatient care.

At the clinic, we work with telephone advice, book doctor appointments, and participate in new patient visits. We also have a nurse clinic where you independently conduct consultations with patients.

Additionally, we have a day care unit for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, where they can receive medical treatments in the form of infusions, injections, nutritional drips, and more.

The position is part of our 24/7 operation and involves working one weekend shift per month within inpatient care.

The position is a temporary contract for 12 months.

• is structured and organized, and has the ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• has the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Registered nurse
• At least 2 years of experience as a nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in outpatient care
• Experience with TeleQ
• Experience with 1177
