About the Position

We are currently seeking staff for customer service within the telecom industry, located in central Gothenburg. The position starts as a consultancy assignment but will transition to employment with the client company for the right candidate. The company in question is a large, successful firm with a strong brand. The role involves receiving incoming calls and emails from customers and assisting them with their inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.

Your Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and assist customers via phone
Basic support cases
Provide quality service according to customer needs and identify needs and offer additional services
Follow up and administer customer service cases

Your Profile

Your Experience

Fluent in Swedish, good knowledge of English
Completed high school diploma is a requirement
Experience in sales is an advantage
