Opening for a Controller with an Interest in Systems and Project Controlling!

About the Position

Our client, a pleasant company in the energy, environment, and HVAC technology sector, has a long-term opening for someone who thrives in a system-oriented role combined with supporting the business in projects. The company is seeking reinforcement in the form of a System Controller, who will have the opportunity to drive the important system management and development work related to the company's project-driven operations. Part of the role will also involve project follow-up and close dialogue with the business.

The Position is Long-Term

You will start as an SJR consultant with the intention that the assignment will transition to a permanent position with the company after approximately 6 months. In this role, you can work at the company's office in Varberg or at one of the offices in Gothenburg.

Main Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the system functions optimally, is updated, and develops in line with the needs of the business. The work includes developing functionality, reporting, and follow-up for the business, project management of integrations, and also implementing the system at new companies within the group. You will also support the business with follow-up on project finances. The role involves both operational and strategic tasks, and you will have extensive contact internally within the organization and with the system provider, as well as close dialogue with the CFO.

Suitable Background

You likely have around 5-8 years of experience in Controlling, including experience from project-oriented operations. You have worked in a system-oriented manner, where systems have played a central role in your work, and you have an interest in working as a system owner focusing on both management and development!

Personal Qualities

You are someone who is used to working independently, drives things on your own, and completes what needs to be finished. You thrive in close dialogue with the business and with parties who are stakeholders regarding the development of the system. You are communicative, with the ability to discuss, explain, and otherwise communicate effectively.
