Job responsibilities

In this role as a consultant for one of our clients in the defense and aerospace industry, you will participate in the development and improvement of advanced aircraft systems from an ILS perspective (Integrated Logistics Support). You will be an important part of an experienced team and contribute to creating effective maintenance solutions and digital working methods. Examples of your tasks include:

Manage and develop maintenance plans using modern tools such as 3DMI and ISG
Ensure operational reliability and availability through analysis and collaboration with technical expertise
Work with change management and coordinate change requests related to system development
Adapt working methods and processes to meet the requirements for both existing and upcoming aircraft models
Communicate and collaborate with various departments and external parties to find sustainable and long-term solutions

Qualifications (Must-have)

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
At least one year of experience in technical or development-oriented work
Experience with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support)
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance according to applicable regulations

Desirable (Nice to have)

Analytical skills and good overall perspective
Experience working with complex systems in the technology or defense industry
Ability to collaborate, communicate, and take initiative
Structured and curious working approach
