About the Company
Beyond Gravity is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. We are not the 'traditional' space company - but a unique mix of flexibility, speed, and innovation. We meet 'new space' with decades of industry knowledge and a successful history of 100% mission success. Our team of over 1700 experts in 13 locations across 6 countries is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is technically possible. Not only by developing key products for satellites, launch vehicles, and lithography, but also by contributing to improving life on Earth.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Administrator, you will play a central role in our maintenance operations. You will be responsible for managing and developing our maintenance system (MaintMaster), documenting maintenance descriptions, and ensuring that our technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible. You will support both technicians and managers and serve as an important link between maintenance, suppliers, and other internal functions.
We are facing a transition to SAP, making you a key person in transferring documentation and data between systems. In this role, you will work both operationally and administratively – from planning maintenance jobs to follow-up and reporting.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the maintenance system MaintMaster
- Plan and follow up on maintenance activities
- Create and report work orders
- Be responsible for documentation and maintenance descriptions together with technicians
- Support the transition to SAP and ensure that technical documentation is transferred correctly
- Contact suppliers, technicians, and other internal functions
- Be responsible for spare parts inventory management and item registration
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and self-driven. You have a technical understanding and enjoy working in systems. You are not afraid to seek information, whether in documentation, from colleagues, or from suppliers – even in English. You like to take responsibility, drive your work forward, and have good communication skills.
We would like you to have:
- Experience working in maintenance systems, such as MaintMaster, SAP, or IFS
- High school or vocational education in administration, technology, or logistics
- Experience working with documentation, maintenance planning, and item management
- Basic understanding of budget work is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
